Mium sells a recurring subscription (Mium Plus) and a one-time purchase (Mium Lifetime). This page explains our refund and return rules. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Short version. Subscriptions can be canceled to stop future renewals, but past charges are not refunded by Mium. Existing Mium Lifetime purchases from the former limited offer remain subject to the one-time-purchase terms below. Statutory consumer rights that apply to you (for example, in the EU, the UK, Australia, and certain U.S. states) are preserved — this policy is in addition to those rights, not a replacement for them.
You can cancel a Mium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your Pro entitlements until the end of the current paid period. Mium does not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a paid period.
Where you bought your subscription determines who handles any refund:
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial of Mium Plus. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to the standard annual subscription ($29.99 in the United States; local pricing is shown at checkout) and then auto-renews yearly. No refund is issued for a renewal you forgot to cancel; cancel through the platform you subscribed on to stop future renewals.
Mium Lifetime was a limited one-time offer and is not currently available for purchase. Existing purchases are not subscriptions — there is no renewal to cancel. Because the purchase unlocked digital features immediately, it is non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by the platform’s own policy or by non-waivable law (see Sections 3 and 4).
What “lifetime” covers. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Mium service, not your lifetime. As explained in our Terms of Service, if Mium discontinues the Service, lifetime access ends and — except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise — no refund is owed for the discontinued period.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes consumer rights that apply to you and cannot be waived by contract. Examples include:
If you believe the digital content you purchased is materially defective, broken, or fundamentally not as described, contact support@getmium.com with your account email, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where statutory law requires it, provide a remedy consistent with that law.
If Apple, Google, or a card network grants a refund or chargeback against a purchase, the corresponding subscription period will be revoked from your Mium account. We may suspend an account that engages in repeated chargeback abuse.
For requests we can act on (web subscription review, statutory remedies for defective digital content), email support@getmium.com with:
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect. The policy in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
