1. About Mium

Mium is an iOS, Android, and web app that digitizes physical cookbooks and recipes and provides AI-assisted cooking tools. The Service is operated by Mium and reachable at getmium.com. Customer support: support@getmium.com.

3. Payment methods

Mium does not store your card data. Payment information is handled by the platform processing your purchase under that processor’s own privacy policy.

4. Order delivery

Mium Plus is a digital product and activates immediately on successful payment. The subscription activates on the device tied to the account immediately after the platform confirms payment. RevenueCat (mobile) or Stripe (web) reports the entitlement to the Mium server, which flips your account to Pro within seconds.

If a purchase appears to have completed but the entitlement has not arrived within a few minutes, force-quit and reopen the app. If it still has not arrived, email support@getmium.com with your account email and the platform you purchased on.

Mium is available wherever the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe operate, subject to local restrictions. Pricing is shown in your platform’s currency at checkout.

We aim to respond to support requests within 3 business days.

9. App Store and Play Store policies

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are subject to the additional terms of Apple’s App Store and Google Play, respectively. Where those terms differ from this Store Policy in a way that benefits you (for example, by giving you a refund right we do not), the platform’s terms control for that purchase.
