How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through the platform you subscribed on:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

I’m subscribed but the app shows me as “Free”

On iOS, tap Restore Purchases in Profile → Membership. On web, refresh the page after returning from checkout. If it still doesn’t flip within a minute or two, email us with your account email and the approximate purchase time and we’ll fix it manually.

I want a refund

Mium does not refund past charges — canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Apple App Store charges are decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play charges by Google in Play Store › Order History. For a web (Stripe) renewal you didn’t intend and haven’t used, email us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll review it in good faith. Full policy: Refund Policy.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account and follow the prompts. Deletion is irreversible. Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled by account deletion — cancel through the App Store, Play Store, or Stripe billing portal first to stop future charges.
