Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
On iOS, tap Restore Purchases in Profile → Membership. On web, refresh the page after returning from checkout. If it still doesn’t flip within a minute or two, email us with your account email and the approximate purchase time and we’ll fix it manually.
The $5 marketplace welcome credit lands when your free trial converts to a paid renewal — that is, on the first successful charge. If you cancel during the trial, the trial ends without charge and the welcome credit is not granted.
Apple purchases are refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases go through Google. For Stripe-billed subscriptions or credit packs on web, email us within 14 days of purchase. Full policy: Refund Policy.
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account and follow the prompts. Deletion is irreversible. Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled by account deletion — cancel through the App Store, Play Store, or Stripe billing portal first to stop future charges.
